We have used our warranty twice. The first time was to replace a slide motor at the dealership where we bought our camper. The dealership had no problems working with the company to pay for covered expenses. The second time was an emergency when our air conditioning unit went out while camping at the beach. The technicians worked with us to find a repairman and replace our unit. We were promptly reimbursed for the cost of the unit less our deductible. This policy has more than paid for itself. Great company!!
