My experience with Wholesale Warranties have been negative. I have bought a contract from them six years ago and the few times I have used them generally have been a hassel to say the least. They sold my policy to Performance Care to look after my claims. Thoseadminstration peop[le there are Jackie, Ottis and Pierre are rude and condescending so much in fact my repair facility refuses to deal with them period. They told Bobby from WSW that also, but he couldnt do anything on my behalf They have parts prices that they use that repair outfits cannot match or get so you are on the cuff for the differences and shipping. The sales person from Whole Sale Warrsanties (Bobbie) called me and told me they no longer use Performance Care due to complaints. WSW wanted me to change my blog to reflex this. I refused as I have no control who they sold my policy to and if its so unsatisfactory why not move my policy to their new company? So in esscents my policy is useless.
A example of what happened to me I had a Lease Neval Altinator that packed up on me a couple years ago in Tillimook Oregon the repair place got talked into replacing my altinator with a AC in place which is a cheaper version but supposed to do the same it lasted four or five days then caused a relay and fuse to burn out and a Alt fail light to stay on my dash. I had the altinator checked by two people in Arizona which assured me it was working fine but the dash light was still on. I just took it in for repairs to my facility, cost me five hours labor to diagnois and find out the Altinator was wired up incorrectly from the get go, they used the wrong pins which caused the altintor fail light to be on and burning out a fuse and relay. TheWholeSale Warranty rep Bobby called me to inform me they are not reponsible for incorect installation and will not pay for any thing to do with my claim. This I feel is not mty fault either had they replaced the altinator with the correct one to begin with it would have been a simple unplug and plug in rather than rewire the cheap version. However because I have no say in who they sell my warranty to it leaves me in a spot where I have a useleless paid for warranty that is good for nothing and a bill for $1100.00 buck which I had to pay for.
