I recently submitted a claim with two major repair issues identified. One of the items was approved and the other was denied. After reviewing my policy, and discussing the denied claim item with the RV service center, it was my opinion that the denied item should have been approved.

Upon contacting Wholesale Warranties, via email, for assistance in getting the denied repair item reviewed and hopefully approved, Mr. Robert Ortiz, Customer Assistance Specialist, was assigned to handle my request.

Mr. Ortiz was very instrumental in getting my denied claims item re-evaluated and subsequently approved. He thoroughly researched my policy to see what the policy specified in regards to the item being excluded, communicated with the RV service center concerning the repair work that had been completed, spoke with the actual warranty company concerning their reasoning for denying the claim, and presented his findings and recommendation to upper management for their final determination. I am most appreciative of their positive final decision.

Rest assured, whenever anyone asks me for a recommendation, Wholesale Warranties will be the company at the top of my list. In my opinion, they are" Second to None"!
