I was really leery about buying another extended warranty because I was burned twice before with them, once on a boat and another time on a car, but I bought a new RV in 2016 and it had a lot of new electronics on it and many other things that could go wrong! After doing a lot of research and reading of reviews I decided to give RV Warranties a try. Well a year went by without incident and then the dreaded day came this January when we were on the road and stopped at a resort in Mississippi... the bedroom slide failed when we were setting up! It went out half way and then started banging, it wouldn't go out any further nor would it come back in, not even with the little drill adapter tool they give you for slide failures. I called RV Warranties and told them the problem and they told me to call someone to come to the camp site and send them an estimate A local RV repair came out and determined the plastic gears in the gearbox were shot and the electric motor that drives it had failed. He called RV Warranties and got approval that day and the parts came in the next morning and my slide was working by late afternoon...no muss no fuss...thank you RV Warranties for restoring my faith in extended warranties and making me a happy camper again1
