I had my rv at the rv dealer for 90 days. The warranty paid for all repairs, but insisted that the generator be repaired. Both the Cummins dealer and myself after contacting some engineering past business associates said that generator has a history of rebuild failures, as it carries only 1.2 gt of oil and is a poor design. They insisted and it was rebuilt. It ran for 4 hours and cratered again. After inspection and test it was approved and the new engine which was only a $1000 more than the rebuild and took 30 days to complete the whole repair.
