We have a 2014 Phaeton QBH and purchased our warranty with couch. We have had many odd things occure like the electric toliet, the microwave, the power sun shade, the out side door awning all occuring in the last couple of years. Because we live in our motorhome, we use a variety of mobile Repair techs, and every time Viking warranty has paid promptly. In some cases where techs would not accept outside warranty, our warranty reimbursed us directly!
