A claims adjuster relies on several factors before they are able to approve or deny a repair, including estimates and communication from the repair provider, verification of cause of failure, number of repairs required, number of labor hours required, cost of parts and services, and more. The time of day when the claim is reported as well as the difficulty of repair can play a factor in approval times as well.
