Very poop customer service

When I ordered my engine I was told 3-4 weeks. At the end of 4 weeks I called to see what the status of the engine was and was told ti would be another week. After another week I called and was told another week. In total to took 7 weeks. I was sent a tracking number. When I tracked the order it said it was already delivered. They sent me the tracking number 3 days after it shipped instead of when it was finished. Nobody ever called me to tell me anything! Customer service is a joke and I will not recommend them for anything.

Dear Mr. Lowery, We as a company, are sorry to here that things did not go as planned. Our build time is generally 3-4 weeks on special manufactured units, unfortunately, sometimes we run into unforeseen contingencies which creates delays for the customer as well as delays for our production department. At Auto iWeb,we are dependent on parts supplied by original equipment manufacturers. Also known as( OEM) parts. At times the demand out shines the supply creating a back log for inventory. The time from order to delivery was out of sync,and our notification system did not take into account this time frame. We have been assured by our IT Department that it has been rectified. WE are happy that we were able to expedite your engine to you with in hours after it left production. Auto iWeb looks forward to your business in the very near future.
