I have had my eZip Trailz for about a month now, and could not be happier. I ride it to work (13 mile round trip) daily using both PAS and TAG. It is a fairly heavy bike, but it does have 7 speeds, so after a few trips you forget the weight. I get asked about it everywhere I go, and people can't believe it has the range and the speed it does. Worked great right out of the box and the minimal assembly required was only a 30 minute deal. As far as customer service is concerned, let me say this. I just lost one of my keys to the battery rack, and sent an email to Currie asking how to replace it. Within hours I got a response from Deanna at Currie, and she mailed me a new pair of keys....they arrived in two days at no cost to me. Easy to recommend a good product that performs as advertised, and is backed by responsible and responsive customer service. I am sure this will not be my last Currie bike!
