We live out of town, and had to make an unexpected and last-minute (and I mean last-minute!) transfer of a small household into storage. No idea who to use, so our first call was to a small family-owned company who advertised in a church bulletin. They said they didn't have the employee depth to handle us last-minute, but recommended A Better Tripp and said if they could work us in, they did an excellent job and we'd be well taken care of. What a great reference! We were so pleased, we'll absolutely use A Better Tripp for our move next year, and will try to arrange to have our same guys - they were over-the-top great.
