Upfront on fees would have been helpful
A breakdown of the fees would have been a good thing.
Received a bit of a sticker shock when the statement showed costs related to the service.
Also, a better brief on the tax implications would have been useful as well. Almost did not account for any debt write off at the beginning because we were not made aware of the reportability.
The program was helpful overall just wish our credit score didn't take such a pounding.
