We were nearing the end of our program and had been in communication via email with a customer service rep that was truly not understanding what we were asking her to review. She would only read half of the communication and go down a rabbit hole.
Very frustrating! But then we were able to reach Julio. Talk about a 180! Total customer service, understood what we were needing and in our eyes understood the importance of us completing the program as soon as possible and was able to work with the payents we had accumulated in our Global Account.
