I will start by saying that Jeremy Miller is who I started with, and he was so helpful and gave me all of the details I needed to make an informed decision and provided the steps that would be required to complete the program. There was a bit of a rocky middle of my journey where I wasn’t getting updates to my accounts and had to request a password/username information to get into my account-partially my fault.

Carolina is one of the managers that was able to keep me as a client since she dove right into my account and gave me the information I was looking for and provided updates within 24 hrs of my request. She is very organized and personable and definitely an asset to the company.

The next person who was able to help me was Julio Maldonado Ext. 210. He was able to save me from getting charged twice due to me updating the payment Plan. He has been very helpful with my case and has called a few time to check on how everything was going. He verified I had received a refund for what I overpaid and congratulated me on completing the program. He is very personable and has the customers best interests in mind.

It took over 2 years to get to a 0 balance, but I couldn’t have done it without this company and the team that worked with me. I was able to get a large settlement due to a CC company violating the law, which helped me get out of debt faster than what rate I was currently on. I highly suggest to use Curadebt if you can’t seem to get out of CC debt, due to the overwhelming amount of interest. Your credit might take a hit for a small period of time, but once you’re done with the program, you’re out of debt and your credit will skyrocket! I have almost an 800 and that’s the highest it’s been in my life. I have learned that CCs are for people who don’t have a lot of cash and that cash is always king.
