I wasn't with the company that long but came to realize any issues I had was out of their control-If I would have stuck with the program It would have worked out great. They only want what's best for their client and will work hard to make sure we get the best settlements. Their legal plan is a plus and they were very helpful and professional. Customer service is very personable as the client service representative is there to help. My original issues were with communication but that seems to have been fixed. They were having E-mail issues that I wasn't aware of or realized how serious it was but that's been fixed, I could have called and would have put right through to my rep. Overall a good experience and now that I've talked with them more and discussed a few things, I see where the issues I had was more with me and not with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a debt settlement company in the future. I can't comment on the long term program as my situation changed but from the short time I was with them, my overall experience was positive. A great company to work with-
