I want to take this time to express my satisfaction with working with Antonio through this process. He reminds me of a kindergarten teacher who takes their time to explain everything to you to make certain one understands. He called me to let me know that time was of the essence and the sooner I could complete my form the sooner the team could start working on my case. He seemed that he was more concerned about me completing the form than I was and I deeply appreciated his concerned. He was always available to answer my questions, and if not he would reply in a timely manner. If you need someone to train your newcomers on how to treat clients let them sit down beside Antonio for one day to learn how to satisfy your clients.
