I've been using Companion Animal Hospital forever, and I will continue to use them no matter what! They are really, really good at what they do. They educate you too through their explanations. That is a really important part of the quality of their service. Dr. Horne is amazing.

The only suggestion I have for improvement is that if they are busy, they could tell you they are busy. That way you know what's going on, so you're not just being chatted with as a stalling tactic. I work in a dentist office so I understand that's what you do sometimes if things are busy in the back.
