First of all I had asked the Tech to take down and professionally clean my Kit. blinds that haven't been cleaned for 3yrs, he was too lazy to do that instead said he would hand wipe it and not charge me. I said I wanted a pro job. All he did was to smear the dirt and grime all over the blinds. Then he said he could not shampoo the edges of the carpet along the baseboard which are now black and my carpet is Taupe. Then two days later I vacuumed the carpet and had to empty the bin three times, I don't call that clean. Also the carpet had a wet mold smell for 3 days and my puppy was sneezing for a week. So was I. I would really love to get my money back and forget this experience. I still have to take down and clean my kitchen blinds. I am unable to do that by myself due to a fractured spine I'm recovering from. I mentioned that fact to the Tech in the very beginning. Also I sent the survey card in right away, apparently you ignored it. And not one person ever gave me a courtesy call to ask if I was satisfied with the job.
