Jim Porter punctually arrived ready to clean my almost white carpet, knowing how much carpet is in our home since he's the only "cleaning executive" that I have had do my carpets, upholstery, and tile for the last fifteen years. His work and Coit's products are good enough that the job lasts for approximately one year. He makes a personal effort to please by letting me show any spots (like where I dropped a pizza upside-down!) that might need a little work. As of today my carpet has no spots and is also well scotch-guarded. Jim, Paula (phone) and Joshua (tile) combine to maintain Coit's fabulous reputation!!!
