I was quoted by Coit sales a special for $125 for 3 rooms. The tech tried to charge $150+ because the dining area which is part of the living room he considered an extra room. And a very small area. I was told the tech would move furniture and clean so I moved everything off tables and under beds etc. into another room. No furniture or tables were moved. Basically the areas walked on were cleaned,. I most likely would not use Coit again nor would I recommend. There's other cleaning companies that charge less and I'm satisfied with their work.
