We had Coit clean all of the carpet in our home. We had sold the home and wanted it clean for the new owners. However to our dismay the first carpet cleaning person hurried thru the job - no furniture in the house to contend with, when he was done some of the carpets looked like it had stripes Ann it was extremely wet in some areas and was not dry after sitting all afternoon and all night. Some of the carpet was actually stiff and not soft like it should have been. The next day we called Coit again and explained what we had telling them that we were not happy with the situation. As A result they sent us A person who dealt with restoration. He arrived at 5:00p.m. And worked until 8:00p.m. To rectify the situation. We explained that we had used Coit for 30 years to clean our carpets and had never had something like this happen. Coit is now back in our good graces with the fix to our carpet
