The technician called to advise he was enroute and arrived at the scheduled time. He examined the areas of interest and provided a quote. Upon agreement he took care to protect areas where equipment might contact and proceeded to clean all areas requested. Shortly after starting he invited me to see the difference. There was a clear and noticeable difference. He carefully moved furniture as necessary and upon completion inspected with me all areas cleaned. I would recommend Coit to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning of their tile and grout.
