I've used SimpleHelix for 4 years now and I'm managing my second website with them. They respond very quickly to my support questions & tickets. For example, I was using a 3rd party theme for Magento that didn't work out and really messed up everything. I asked SimpleHelix to delete my website and do a fresh Magento install. From the time I hit "submit" on the support ticket, to the finished fresh installation, it was something like 25 minutes! That's super quick if you ask me, because I've worked with other providers that would take hours or a day to do the same. Anyway, I'm satisfied with SimpleHelix and not leaving anytime soon, as long as they keep it up.
