WORST HOSTING COMPANY with an ATTITUDE !!

I have been managing e-commerce sites for over 10 years and this is one of the worse hosting company on the planet. I don't understand how come they have so many positive reviews. It doesn't make any sense. I usually don't post reviews but they make me so mad.
First of all when you open a ticket with them, they don't really answer your question. If they don't know the answer, they will blame it on your site.
Secondly, they took down my ecommerce site in the middle of the day because BingBot was crawling my site ... and it was slowing down the shared server. I found out later that they blocked BingBot at the firewall level so my site is now not indexed on Bing/Yahoo.
Finally, when you cancel your account, they still send you invoices and they require you to call them to give them a reason why you are canceling because it is their policy.

Don't waste your time with them. They have an attitude from opening your account to canceling your account.

We have requested more information regarding these matters in attempt to review and fix problems being had. Regarding shared server products, if one client is causing an issue with the entire server, then all clients on that server are affected, thus causing an adverse effect on their site, their clients/customers, and their sales. When a site is suspended for resource abuse, we attempt to contact the client we are suspending in order for them to assist them in alleviating the problems.

Regarding our cancellation policy, you are correct, our policy is for our clients to call and cancel their service. This way we can gain more accurate information about why they are canceling their services, when they would like to cancel their services, how their experience was with Simple Helix, and if there is a way to save them as a client.

We requested more specific information in order to better our team and our customer service. Without this specific information, we can not address it adequately.
