We haven't been with Simple Helix for long, but in the short time that we have been with Simple Helix, they have been amazing. Support tickets are answered very quickly. We had been using another "unlimited" host before and basically you get what you pay for... With Simple Helix the prices are a little higher, but the performance and value is there to justify the expense. Our last host literally had us in tears with the slow db connections. When we switched to Simple Helix, it was like going from a Prius to a Ferrari.
