My partner and I recently bought out our third partner who dealt with all aspects of web design and the back end tech portion of the business. Neither my partner nor I have extensive knowledge of this portion of our site so as I'm sure you can understand we are open to any insight or knowledge of how to take care of things. Doe Eyed is a understatement. I spoke to Alissa at Simple Helix and couldn't have been more pleased with her customer service and patience when it came to my barrage of questions. She was willing to hold my hand while helping us with the simple process of removing our former partner off the contact. She was also willing to entertain our questions about a recent hiccup we experienced due to some information changing. I couldn't recommend her or Simple Helix enough and look forward to dealing with them in the years to come.
