The ENTIRE experience was the BEST.Our sales rep Gary Krauss was very knowledgeable & informant.All questions were answered.Kim Garrison @ the office was also helpful when needed.Elkin & the 2 man installation team were friendly,courtious & respectful. They were careful not to damage anything or bang walls when when removing or discarding the old windows. Used drop cloths. Cleaned up the little dirt & debris. I would use them again.Thank You 4 a GREAT experience.Our winter bills cut about 35%.Keeping heat out. House nice & cold.Highly recommended!!!!!! THANKS again
