First off we was promise our windows will be in before Xmas day we got them in 2/18/14 . We tried talking to the manger everyday for 2 months was told he will call, he stepped out have not yet spoke to a manager, we ordered a bay with a oak seal pushed out to sit things on space the space is very limited looks like more of a bow window ... I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY WORST ENEMIES..I called to cancel my order cause I was promised Christmas by a manger I was told I can't cancel it's not on the contract but it's on the contractor paper work ....so disappointed .....wasted my money BEWARE very nice until they get your down payment contract sign
