I feel like a lot of the communication and the follow up with Professional Restoration isn't always there. I have other companies that I think have better follow ups and communications. Like the status, what's completed, and what we still need to do. And they don't do any follow-up work, so I feel like there could be more communication. The properties I'm with have done many jobs with Professional Restoration--all over the board, mostly leaks.
