Today Chetan S helped me a lot to fix some problems related to the VPS..
most of the others I contacted via the live chat support are useless and only repeat the same words "we are unable to reproduce the issue" or "send an email to support@hosting.com" although I tell them that it is urgent... Honestly, it was because of Chetan I did not leave Myhosting.com today.. He tried over and over to understand me and troubleshoot the problem(s) until successfully solve everything. If I have the choice , I will only contact Chetan to help me..
