Unfortunately the product did not work in the remediation of my septic system. The staff however, were very helpful and made every attempt to ensure the product would worked. When it finally came down to me having excavators install a new septic, the Aero-stream folks quickly refunded my purchase price. Very good customer service and company integrity. Thank you.
