We live on lake in Coventry,RI where the water table is about 20" below the ground. For the last 4-5 years the summer caused the overflow of the tank and what a stink! I installed the system about June 1,09 and already the tank is back to normal levels, even after the incredibly wet month of June AND having 40+ people over for the 4th July celebration on the Lake the system is fine. I just can't believe how well this product WORKS! I'm not a religious person, but this, to me, is close to a miracle. I have never been more relieved in my life (a full aerobic system would be about $30K on this lake). Simple to install and our electric bill for June 09 was less than June 08.
One small concern is the noise of the pump. I would think for a Grand they could make it quieter. We have gotten used to it because it is under a back porch, out of the way, but if it needs to be outside a bedroom window, for example, you will not be pleased, except that you won't have any more septic issues!
