What a blast! Took me all of 5 minutes to assemble which only meant attaching the handle bars and pedals...and they included the tools. We didn't have a dealer in Alabama so I had to call the factory in California after reading an article about it in the Wall Street Journal. Most comfortable bike I have rode in years and it goes surprisingly fast. Much better then a scooter because it looks like a normal bike, you can pedal when you want, and it goes very fast. It came charged and 99.9 assembled. Beautiful bike. I bought the navy blue with gray tires. I am no longer left in the dust when my family goes on bike rides...and I love the little bell. Well worth the money and excellent customer service.
