I purchased two Tommy Bahama Pedego electric bikes from Tommy Bahama. Although they had been purchased with White Glove Service, the trucking company did not do this and I was sitting there with two not completely assembled bikes with not a tool box at hand. Pedego came to the rescue. The owner of Pedego Don DiCostanzo got on the phone and personally made the phone calls to his local dealer Within less than a half hour after I called them with my dilemma, he contacted the local dealer Hybrid Cycles of West Chester, Pa. The owner of Hybrid Cycles Gary DiVincenzo within an hour had sent down his store's mechanic, andat no charge put the bikes together and explained how to use them. That is customer service at it's best!
