The whole process of choosing the bike and pestering Ashley at Pedego was a very pleasant if now fun affair. The bike was a Christmas gift and I called pretty close to Christmas but she was still able to ship the bike in plenty of time.

The bike arrived in great shape, only took about 30 minutes to assemble, and rides and works great. My wife loves it.

I would say this is one online product and service that went above and beyond expectations.
