Diificult to work with

First, the good: I spoke with Drew during the estimate and contract phase of the process. Drew has been nothing short of amazing and professional. He is probably the only reason this company is able to earn business. He wasn't pushy, was very friendly, considerate of my timeline, and probably gave me about a good a deal as I could expect. Now the bad: the contract states mattress boxes/bags aren't required, but the guys that showed up wouldn't load it without one, and it came at an additional charge. Several items had to be boxed, that I thought was unnecessary, and this came with nominal fees. Then, the estimate weight was off, because the estimate system doesn't account for the weight of the boxes accurately, and I got hit with an additional $300+, since the cost per pound was almost twice what the estimate entailed. Any time I spoke with Jesse, I got frustrated. He seemed to be in a great hurry any time my husband was the one to answer the phone, to the point that he used the wrong credit card info for the final payment. Then I didn't get called the day my truck left, and my 2 hour delivery window change by 12 hours when it was already within the 24 hour delivery window. My truck showed up with just one poor guy to unload everything, including some over-sized furniture. That guy was a champ, and I'm very grateful for what he was able to do, because I couldn't physically help him. Then I saw one of my dressers has a hole in it. A dresser that is less than a year old, and is part of a matching set of furniture. I try calling Condor, but apparently nobody works on the weekends, and the claims extension is dead. They used a 3rd party to ship, and I was worried about how to file a claim, and what happens if I sign off on something. Very VERY frustrated. Drew was kind enough to put his personal cell phone on his company voice-mail greeting, so I called him practically in tears, and my next call was going to be to a lawyer. He informed me the person that has to handle claims is JESSE!! Good-for-nothing Jesse that makes me mad every time I'm forced to speak with him! I get an email about the claims process, and I am obligated to send all my paperwork through the mail. There is no way to do a claim electronically. This is the most frustrating experience I've had to go through to date. As if moving between states isn't hard enough.
