I had hail damage September 2012. Elmer came to my home told me that they would do the job for what the insurance paid, and said sign here. So of course I thought this was a great deal until I was sent to collections for a $489.00 balance. Job was completed October 3rd 2012 and I was sent to collections October 23, 2012. 20 days yes you read that correct. They had the wrong email address, my fault right. Never attempted to contact me via phone or mail. When asked why their response was our company is trying to "be green." So I can't get my warranty until I pay the remaining balance on a job that was only suppose to be only what the insurance paid. They(insurance)wrote me a check and I signed it over to Jasper. Please don't use this company!!!!!Save yourself the headache and extra money you have to come up with. My total roof was $8100.00 which they receved the check for, then come back and say well there's sales tax. What a joke. DONT USE THIS COMPANY.
