We are thrilled with the work Jasper did replacing our roof. First Place we called for a bid never even called back. We've helped replace several roofs ourselves over the years, and know how much work it really is. They did in hours what it would have taken us over a week to do. I was skeptical that they could really strip, and replace with quality work in one day, but that's exactly what they did. We worked w/ Dan who actually called us back and answered any questions we had throughout the process. He was there checking on everything and making sure we were happy the day of the repair. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is it took several weeks for them to get to us on their schedule (that probably can't be helped much when every house in the county needed a new roof),a generator they used for the nail gun leaked oil on our driveway (Other than that the clean up was amazing), and I had to remind the workers day of install that we had paid extra to have another vent installed (communication of that had somehow been missed, but as soon as I asked it was taken care of w/ no problem.) Over all Highly Satisfied. Would definitely recommend!
