I had my roof replaced about 10 months ago. It was a cold call on Jasper's behalf. I met with John and he was very helpful. Got the insurance company involved and they approved the replacement. The clean up wasn't the greatest - am still finding nails around the garden & driveway. We were told that if we referred other homeowners, we would receive $100 and Jasper plastered their sign on my lawn for a couple of months. Others in the neighborhood had their roofs repaired but no referral fee from them! So be careful, they use that as a sales pitch and be extra careful to check Jasper's billing, they will send an additional invoice after the initial quote and the insurance company will pay out but they will hike your premiums up and Jasper has your money and off to gouge other unsuspecting clients. Jasper's office staff needs customer service training - they are rude and inefficient! BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY! They aren't listed with the BBB although they have the BBB logo on their home page!
