Overall: very satisfied - Todd was a great point of contact.

I can't rate the quality of the roof as it was just installed a day ago. The only thing I would have wanted to happen differently is to know how long the installers would be onsite working. They ended up being at the house until approximately 6:30 pm. I was trying to work from home so it was a little difficult. If I had known, I could have made other arrangements. If the roof quality comes through, I would change my "average" recommend to an "excellent".
