It was quite good overall with some improvement.
I do not like the contract. I think I should be able to change my mind until the supplies have been ordered.
I also felt unhappy with Jasper checking all my documents from my insurance company. It is too easy for them to make the cost of the roof exactly the amount that the insurance company offered, whereas, if they had not known, the cost may actually be less. Jasper should give a good estimate BEFORE the insurance check comes in.
I do appreciate not having any out-of-pocket expenses and the advice Jasper offered in working with my insurance company.
