Liked the efficient way the business was handled, but now I wonder if the movement was fast to confused the payment issue
I am questioning you company because I was given an amount to pay and told that my insurance company would follow with a second payment. This second payment would need to be over $4,000.00 to cover the payment I gave to Jasper. I haven't received this second payment and question who is at fault or was I mislead my Jasper. Not a good feeling toward Jasper at this point.
