I just ordered on line, which was easy and they had what I was looking for. Today I went to the Newington Store and had such a great shopping experience - I also wrote and am sending a written card. All the ladies were nice and friendly. There was one girl on the floor, Cathy. She was outstanding. She was friendly, eager to help, very bubbley. And, a great big smile. She was so helpful. And it wasn't just with me, I overheard her helping many people, knew where everything was, what would work, what would or would not be online. I love going there, but this was the best shopping day by far. Thank you and don't lose Cathy!
