On several occasions I've had the pleasure of having the opportunity to interact with Donna Vidal and I would really like the pleasure to say she is a wonderful asset to your company. It's an unfortunate situation you are in to begin with but Donna makes it as effortless and painless as possible. I MUST SAY DONNA IS WONDERFUL!!! It's is such a pleasure to work with her when calling your company. Thank you for having someone like Donna and taking the time to hear me.
