The first trip I made to Duke I made my own reservations and was going from one website to another trying to find the type of room I wanted. The second trip I used MedStay - they found just what I wanted and sent me a confirmation in a very short time - only minutes. I had to made a change before I made the trip and they handled that for me too. Extremely polite and efficient - great service. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone having to make a medical trip to the area.
