I bought these Breyer horses as a gift for my neice's 5th birthday. I forgot to ask to have them wrapped. When I received the email receipt, I replied to it letting you know that I forgot to have it wrapped. I received an email promptly letting me know that my oder will be wrapped prior to it being sent. It was perfect!!!! 5 stars for customer service!
