As a novice buying a gift for a collector, Golden Oak Stables was very helpful in answering questions and made buying a breeze. The customer service is great. They are very friendly and I would recommend them to others -novice or knowledgeable. I cannot rate the return process because I have not had to return anything. Things come as represented. Therefore, I have had no problems with them at all. Based on their friendly nature on the phone, I have a hard time believing that they would be unfair or unreasonable during the return process.
