My purchase of Mini Whinnies Mustangs and World Equestrian 2010 Micro Minis was a painless experience. Service was quick, my order as processed immediately and communication was prompt and clear. The web site was easy to navigate. The only glitch - I assumed :) that the whinnies and the micro minis would be the same size. I should have called to check before ordering - in fact, it turns out the micro minis are larger than the minis! Maybe a height listing or a comparative photo would have helped. In any case, I am pleased with dealing with Golden Oak Stables and would do so again without hesitation.
