I don't like to put my credit card number in
the computer so when I order I talk to Stephen. He is always upbeat, friendly, and very helpful. I really appreciate the fact I'm "speaking" with a person and not a recording. In this age of computers and recordings it's always refreshing to talk with a real live person!!
