Monster Movers moved us from Boston to New York. When they got to our high-rise apartment, the fire alarm was going off, so they had to schlep the packing stuff up nine flights of stairs. I was worried because I thought I would have to call 911 because it looked like it was a struggle physically, but they didn't complain at all. Luckily the elevator started working again, so they didn't have to carry our stuff down the stairs. They kept our things overnight, and delivered them the next day. William suggested it, because otherwise it would have been too long a day. That worked for us. Everything was timely and arrived in good condition.

They were prompt, courteous and very accommodating. It was the second time we used them. They helped us move before within the same apartment complex. They really do their best to accommodate you, and they're very reliable. They made our recent move easy, and we really appreciated it!
