I made an appointment and put a deposit for the movers to arrive between 12-5 pm. At 9 am, they called and said they were near the apartment I was moving to. We were not ready yet and still packing on our end because we expected them not to show up until 12. They said that if they don't move us that morning, they may have to reschedule for another day. I was really upset because the appointment was for 12 pm and we had already put a deposit in for that time. Luckily, they were able to fit us back in and showed up around 2 pm. The movers themselves were very professional and efficient. So with the exception of the schedulers making that mistake, the move itself turned out pretty well.
